Hi Lilly

You can view all our skins here:
http://console.physiopulse.com.au/commonfiles/skin-selector.htm

Click on a thumbnail to apply the skin to our demo website, so you can get a good feel for it.
Just let me know which one you like best and I’ll get someone onto it.
We’ll need to re-integrate your logo into the design (otherwise the process is simple).

I would have thought that customer care and customer service were the same thing, but it seems that there are subtle yet important difference between the two. Customer care is pretty much "expected" from a business (except in case of telcos and banks :-) however doing customer care correctly is that extra mile that customers will remember.

Replying to a spammer is often a sure way of letting them know that your email address is valid and they have your attention. So it is best to simply delete them.

An update regarding the eShop module I mentioned in my previous comment: For now we have decided to shelf the idea, as there seems to be little interest from our clients. We would rather keep our platform easy to use and delivering on promises instead of overloading it with features.

That said, if the demand increases, we will surely put it back on the roadmap.

What if your preferred domain names are taken? Here are a few ideas to help you come up with alternatives...

- Your practice name (obvious choice #1), e.g. familyphysio.com.au
- Your geographical location (obvious choice #2), e.g. bondiphysio.com.au
- Your last name, e.g. jacksonphysio.com.au
- Your street name, e.g. bridgestreetphysio.com.au
- A concept, e.g. healingtouch.com.au
- A discipline, e.g. sportsinjuryphysio.com.au
- A specialty, e.g. occupationalrehabphysio.com.au
- Your commitment to care, e.g. promotewelness.com.au
- A reference to timing, e.g. physiotoday.com.au

Just keep in mind the tips and eligibility restrictions in mind. With a little thought, you can find a great domain name.

Sure thing! if your business is purely selling stuff online, there are many options - and Magenta is very nice indeed. However it requires resources to maintain and operate. A PayPal solution as above can be done in minimal time and would be sufficient for most of our clients.

We are currently planning an eShop module. However if our clients wanted to get serious about online retailing, we would be happy to set them up with a specialist store with Magenta (or another suitable product).

Thanks! We're just beginning to have ("make") more time for planning and writing posts. There's a lot we want to cover over time, and we'll be keeping an eye on our statistics to see what topics interest our readers.

Richard, each month we add at least 5 pages of new content to our clients' sites; one new page per section in the Member Articles library. We then compose an email newsletter with summaries of each new page with links directly back to our clients' websites to continue reading.

So if you have a PhysioPulse website, your members (subscribers) would receive one email sent by us, but using your nominated sender email address and name - so to the recipient, it looks like it was sent and signed off by you. Of course, if you need these emails modified before being sent, you can do so. This way, you can add a custom signature or include a special offer each month. Also, if you prefer that we don't send your members these monthly newsletters, just let us know.

You can also use your Admin Console at any time to send your members emails of your own at any time you need.
